Holiday Mocktails this New Year's Eve

As we prepare to ring in the new year in just the right outfit at just the right place, it's as important to make sure you end the celebration as beautifully as your evening! After all, is there anything attractive about ending the year, or starting off the new year with a hangover––or worse, with your head in that dark bowl of shame? I love holding a gorgeous stem with a lot a fizz myself, so what I'm not suggesting is drinking soda from a can––there's nothing glamorous about counting down into the New Year a la Pepsi. The solution? Something a little more sophisticated than the beloved Shirley Temple––Mocktails and Mocktinis as delicious as your impeccable NYE look.

Fashioned scoured the web, and boy did we come across thousands of recipes! While Welch's provides plenty of fun options with their sparkling grape juice, Fashioned found some pretty gorgeous Mocktails––both in look and taste, to help you celebrate America's fourth favorite holiday of the year, without the ill-effects that alcohol can so often bring!

1. Rosemary Blueberry Crush
Ingredients:
7-8 Blueberries
1 Rosemary sprig, stripped
1 oz Honey syrup
1 oz Fresh lemon juice, strained
4 oz Sparkling mineral water
Ice
Directions:Gently muddle the blueberries, rosemary leaves, and honey syrup in the bottom of a shaker, adding the lemon juice. Make sure it's covered, and shake with ice for 10 seconds. Strain through a mesh strainer into glass of choice over ice. Top off with sparkling water, stirring this lovely drink!

4. Sugar Snowball Mocktini
For the choice of drinking a 7Up-based drink over a sparkling water, Fashioned came across two FUN festive mocktails––one, that will simply put the cherry fan over the moon, and for the lemon-palate, the Sugar Snowball is as yummy as it is sleek and stylish.  Whether you opt for the Cherry or the Lemon, grab your favorite stemware and thank you lucky stars for a drama-free NYE!
