Working out this year may have looked different for many of us-- with our favorite gyms and sweat classes being closed, we have taken our fitness routines through zoom, apps, outdoors or through our TV's. What hasn't changed, the importance of staying active. Whether with your family, friends or just for yourself remaining active is extremely important for your physical and mental health.
