Bingsu or bingsoo, is a popular Korean shaved ice dessert with sweet toppings that may include chopped fruit, condensed milk, fruit syrup, and red beans. The most common variety is pat-bingsu, the red bean shaved ice.

Taiyaki is a Japanese fish-shaped cake, commonly sold as street food. It imitates the shape of tai, which it is named after. The most common filling is red bean paste that is made from sweetened azuki beans. Other common fillings may be custard, chocolate, cheese, or sweet potato.

Mochi ice cream is a confection made from Japanese mochi with an ice cream filling. It was invented by Japanese-American businesswoman and activist Frances Hashimoto. It's a Japanese dessert made of mochi (a sweet rice cake) with an ice cream filling in whatever flavor you want.

Uncle Tetsu Japanese Cheesecake

Japanese cheesecake is a variety of cheesecake that is usually lighter in texture and less sweet than North American style cheesecakes. It has a characteristically wobbly, airy texture similar to a soufflé when fresh out of the oven and a chiffon cake-like texture when chilled.

matcha latte

A matcha latte consists of matcha powder (made from the finely-ground leaves of certain green tea plants), water, and milk. If the matcha powder is unsweetened, the drink is then often sweetened with honey or syrup.

Turkish coffee is a style of coffee prepared using very finely ground coffee beans without filtering.

It's prepared in an ibrik, a traditional coffee pot that is heated. You add sugar while it's brewing and it's supposed to be taken without cream or milk.

Halo-halo — a Filipino mixed dessert layered with all sorts of sweet things like evaporated milk, ube (purple yam), sweet beans, coconut strips, shaved ice, fruit, and ice cream.

Hong Kong–style egg waffles should be your go-to brunch dish. You can eat these with ice cream and even add mochi, pocky sticks, ice cream, and much more.

Chinese sweet custard buns are stuffed with a yummy filling of butter and egg so you can end your day sweetly.

Hodduk is a sweet and sticky pancake treat from Korea. It's filled with a honey and slightly cinnamon-y syrup and fried until the dough is a pretty shade of golden brown. It's perfect when served warm, and if you're feeling a bit extra, indulge with a side of cold ice cream.

Its liquid base is poured onto a frozen pan and then chopped, mixed, spread, and rolled right in front of you. It's smashed and rolled, mixing different flavors, then topped with virtually whatever you want. So! Many! Toppings! It's an ice cream lover's dream.

But what exactly is boba? The boba (aka the tiny, chewy black balls at the bottom of the drink) is made from tapioca, which is a gluten-free starch extracted from the root of a cassava plant. The actual drink is made from a tea base mixed with milk and flavoring.
