With Mother's day being right around the corner and the stay-at-home order still in effect some are struggling to get any gift ideas. I have been searching online and have compiled a list of great gifts all under $50!

- Write a letter
This one is great for anyone who is low on money and doesn't live with their mom. One thing about handwriting a letter is that it is personable and meaningful. Sit down write your heart out about memories with your mom, how your mom makes you feel and why your love her. I am sure ANY mother would appreciate and love this.

- Create a photo slide show
Go through all your pictures and find those of your mom and family and you two together. There are many apps that you can use to create a good show and even add music.

- Her favorite meal
There are many restaurants still open and offering delivery. Another option is to cook it, again this makes it more meaningful and provides an opportunity to cook together.

- Her hobbies
On her special day join her or help with HER favorite hobbies. This is great way to just spend time together. I know that during this time many of you have spend lots of time with your family but when was the last time you sat down and did something with your mom that she wanted to do?

Either head to your local market to pick some up, order delivery or pick them from your garden. This gift can and should be paired with another gift, like one from above.

- Mom themed tee's
A personal favorite, I love a good personalized t-shirt whether it's for birthdays or holidays. My mom specifically has been collecting these t-shirts and always gets a kick out of them. Also keep in mind the world is going through a time that will go down in history, why not get a shirt with this time stamp reflected on it.

Bottom line: Whatever you do or give to her, share your love too. If you plan on having something delivered keep in mind that the times we live in can delay many services. So purchase ASAP and if they offer speedy delivery do it! Shop local and support your home town businesses. Get creative, but also keep certain restrictions in mind.
