Nevertheless, setting aside a little time can help to start your day off on the right foot— and good news it doesn’t have to take hours to prepare it . Smoothie bowls are a fun and healthy way to boost your breakfast game. They not only look amazing,  but these incredibowls taste so good you will want to have them for breakfast all the time. Best of all they are super easy to make.

Strawberry Smoothie Bowl 

  • 1 frozen banan
  • 1½ cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen grapes
  • 3 dates
  • Toppings: fresh strawberries, banana slices, dried strawberries and bananas, chia seeds, shredded coconut

Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1 fresh banana
  • ⅔ cup almond milk
  • 4 dates
  • 1½ tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder
  • small handful of walnuts
  • small handful of cacao nibs
  • Toppings: dried coconut, granola, cacao nibs, banana slices, slivered almonds, chia seeds

Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ small avocado
  • 3-4 dates
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Toppings: dried coconut, almonds, blueberries, chia seeds

These three bowls are too die for, but honestly everything on Olga’s Smoothie Bowl Recipe is simply stunning. Like I said before they are super easy just put all the ingredients into a blender and pour into the bowl. Sprinkle the toppings over it and you have a Instagram worthy and gut happy meal.
