Sushi Anyone?

On Thursday, June 18, 2020, is International Sushi Day. Sushi comes from Japan, yet it seems very American now. Sushi is now part of American culture.

First of all, what is Sushi?

A Japanese dish consisting of small balls or rolls of vinegar-flavored cold cooked rice served with a garnish of raw fish, vegetables, or egg.

For those who don't care for raw fish, There are fried and baked options, fully cooked rolls for you. California roll would be perfect. There are alternatives ways to wrap your sushi, such as soy paper, cucumber, lettuce, and seaweed wrap (hand roll). There is vegetarian and vegan sushi, for example, Rice Stuffed Tofu Pockets (Inari Sushi). There is something for everybody.

Since COVID-19 happened, there are rules and social distancing our dining experience looks and feels different. We appreciate the dine-in experience more now than before. Enjoy with your family and friends.

I would like to highlight the RA Sushi Bar Restaurant. On 6/18 will be having an All-Day Sushi Special 2 for 1 Viva Las Vegas Roll (530 Cal). Viva Las Vegas rolled crab and cream cheese, lightly tempura battered and topped with spicy tuna, crab mix, and sliced lotus root; finished with sweet eel sauce and green tempura bits. Available for dine-in only.
