3 Easy Lunchtime Recipes That You Can Make in Less Than 10 Minutes!

For many eating healthy for lunch everyday is only possible if you meal prep on Sunday, that is not true! and I will gladly prove it, with these three easy recipes that will take you less than 10 minutes to prepare, and no it's not just salad! 

  • Mermaid Veggie Bowl

This easily customizable bull is very veggie friendly! You can use any of the chopped veggies and fruits readily available in your fridge, and just add your choice of protein and it becomes
a delicious and very colorful poke bowl!

  • Spaghetti zoodles

This recipe is one of my favorite quick and delicious meals! Start off with your sauce, you can use any pre-made sauce, or make your own! Add a protein to your sauce, or keep it plain! I love adding ground turkey to my sauce, I find cooking with ground turkey is super easy, it cooks up really quick, tastes really good (as long as you season it up) and it's a healthy alternative! Then take your zoodles put a good handful in a bowl at a little bit of water and microwave for about 30 seconds. Buon appetito!

What I love about this sandwich is that it's super easy to make, and delicious. That's why it's a classic! All you need for your BLT is some bacon, lettuce and tomato. I also love adding some mayonnaise, or grey poupon on the bread just to add a little bit more flavor.
I even love adding an 'A' to that BLT and putting some avocado on that bad boy.
Now if you don't have any bacon at home but you've got chicken-- then turn that BLT into a CLT and enjoy!
