Five senses. We all learned about them in grade school-- it was in graved in us how important each sense was. Sight, touch, taste, sound and smell. While each sense is very important, smelling something can instantly enhance your experience in a strong way. If something smells foul it can actually make you feel sick, while things that smell beautiful or delicious can actually rejuvenate and or excite you. There are numerous amounts of oils scents, each one helping or targeting a different area. While the amount of oils can be overwhelming, I have compiled a list of some of the best and what their benefits are.
  • Chamomile
This scent bring comfort, it is great for reducing anxiety before sleep. 

  • Lavender
This scent promotes relaxation and is great at relieving stress.

  • Tea Tree
Though to have antibacterial and antifungal properties. It's great for hair care such as eliminating head lice and controlling dandruff. 

  • Eucalyptus
This scent is refreshing and can help with mildew odors. This can also be used to help calm down coughs and with its strong scent it can relieve nasal congestion.

  • Peppermint
This scent can be used to uplift yourself, promotes energy.

  • Grapefruit
This tangy scent can freshen up any space and proving an uplifting environment.

This scent is great for cleaning any space, freshening the air and detoxifying the body.
