Fruit Salad, Yummy Yummy...

Fruit Salad is a perfect summer treat: light, fresh, delicious and very easy to make. There are so many different types of fruit salad each one highlighting a fruit, flavor or even color of choice. Some are complex with detailed patterns or and extensive recipes. While the others can be as simple as cutting your favorite fruit a combining them into a bowl. Here is one of my favorite fruit salad recipes from Joyful Healthy Eats.

Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of raspberries
  2. 2 cups of red grapes
  3. 1 pint of strawberries, halved
  4. 3 kiwi, sliced
  5. 2 mango diced
  6. 3 cups pineapple chunks
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss with a wooden spoon.
  2. Chill and serve.
