Meal Prep Monday


Meal prepping is one of the best ways to help you on your weight loss journey and a great way to help save money. Though for those who have not meal prepped or just started it may be easier said then done. After one or two successful weeks the meal prep recipes may start to dwindle, also for some starting is a problem because who has the time. In all honesty, we all have the time to meal prep, we just need to use our time wisely. Here are a few of my favorite meal prep recipes that are easy on the wallet, healthy, delicious and the prep time is quick.

1.       Chicken Burrito Bowl


This bowl taste just as delicious as it looks. I love this recipe because you can add or take away anything you wish and it will still satisfy.

2.       Turkey Taco Salad

With just a few ingredients and about 30 mins, you have one of my favorite quick and easy salads! Here is the recipe.

3.       Egg Roll in a Bowl

15 minutes! That’s all it takes to whip up this Chinese inspired take-out meal.

4.       Chili Lime Salmon

I love meal prepping with salmon. Its easy to cook, taste great, can be cooked in many ways and is healthy! Here is a recipe for chili lime salmon.


5.       Greek Chicken Bowl

Greek food is amazing and so is this recipe. In just 20 minutes you will have a deliciously marinated Greek chicken bowl with rice and a fresh salad.
