During Quarantine, our Mental Health has taken a toll on our mind and body. Now more than ever, the issue of Mental Health is rising, it's important to have the necessary conversation with our family and friends. It's okay not to be okay, if you need help, please reach out, you deserve to get help is the first step to healing.

Here are Mental Health Tips and Bible verses to encourage your overall health. Sometimes we need a reminder to drink water and get enough sleep. Make your mental health a priority. Remember you have one body and your body is a temple take good care of it. And, laughter is the best medicine.

Getting healthy mentally is not only taking care of the mind and body it's also the spiritual part, spirit man.  And Forgiveness is an important aspect of healing and growing and setting healthy boundaries. Learning to laugh again, It also helps you release anger and forgive sooner. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh.

If you need to forgive someone to get healthy mentally then take the steps to do so because there is freedom in that. Also, it helps spiritually because the Bible says to forgive others. After all, Jesus died on the cross for you and your sins.

Forgiveness can improve mental and physical health. Letting go of grudges and bitterness. Forgiveness is not for them, it's for you. Isn't time to let go and give it to God?
