Breakfast Benefits

Have you ever heard the saying breakfast is the most important meal of the day, in short it is. Breakfast is an important part of your day for most of us its starts things off on the right foot. Now breakfast can come in many different forms, from juice to "the works" --each special in their own way.

 I noticed personally that on mornings where I have missed or even skipped my morning meal I am more irritable with less energy and tend to overeat the rest of the day. Eating breakfast can kick start your metabolism, helping you burn calories all day. Gives you energy to get things done and helps you focus on work or at school.

A huge reason why people miss out on their a.m. meal is because they feel that they don't have time, so they skip it. One of my favorite go-to early meals is avocado toast. It takes me less than five minutes to prep and cook the whole thing and it is delicious. Another fave of mine is overnight oats-- these bad boys get prepped at night-- so when you wake up you have some deliciousness waiting to-go. 

Missing breakfast is a big mistake, you need to nourish your body in the morning to keep everything regular and healthy.
